Regathering FAQs

Here are some answers to common questions for regathering.

Yes! We encourage you to join us online as we will post a pre-recorded sermon and announcement each Sunday on YouTube & will be posting the service on our website under the "Media" page.

Adults do not need to register, but we ask for families to register children ages 0-5th grade for child care.

Seating will be distanced in smaller groupings. There will be a separate entrance for RCK check in/ pick up and we are encouraging fellowship before and after service to occur outside (as weather permits).

Currently masks are optional. We are closely watching local, state, & federal guidelines to ensure all recommended safety precautions are implemented to ensure your safety, and will inform you if we reinstitute masking in the building.

While we understand that some people have been exempted from wearing masks for medical reasons, we are requiring everyone to wear a mask at all times while inside the building. If you are unable to do so, then we suggest that you remain home and continue to worship with us online.

We ask everyone to use good judgment. If you are feeling ill or have a family member who is feeling ill, please stay home & participate in our online experience.

We will have a professional cleaning company thoroughly clean the building every week before Sunday service. Staff and volunteers will also be using disinfectant spray / wipes as needed before, during and after service.

Yes. There will be additional sanitizing wipes available as well as foot door openers to reduce contact with high-touch surfaces.

Yes -- as of 9/12/21, there will be limited childcare provided for kids through 5th grade.

Our youth ministry for middle and high school will continue to meet Sunday evenings with a mix of in-person and online services. However, we will not have youth programming during the Sunday morning service.

After more than 12 months of worshipping virtually, returning to in-person worship will feel very different. So we will be focusing the regathering on rebuilding our faith in God, our connections with one another, and on serving as a body of believers. Service length of time will be about an hour: a couple songs, scripture readings, a short sermon and a contemplative moment are elements you can expect for our gatherings.
