COMMUNITY HEALTH, LIFE SKILLS, OPPORTUNITIES, AND EDUCATION (CHLOE)

Since 2000, CHLOE has provided community education in Columbus. In 2013 our focus narrowed to address justice issues for teen and young adult mothers. We provide a meal, speaker, or activity with childcare, twice each month.

Chloe’s Closet is a successful incentive allowing participants to shop for items for their little ones with points (not cash) they earn. The Closet is stocked by generous donations by the community. Young moms are further nurtured by volunteer Mentors or a ‘Sister~Friend’. CHLOE relies on financial support from individuals and corporate entities.

Intervarsity (Rivers & Rails - Central 
Ohio)

VISION: To see students and faculty transformed, campuses renewed, & world changers developed.

PURPOSE: to establish and advance at colleges and universities witnessing communities of students and faculty who follow Jesus as Savior and Lord: growing in love for God, God’s Word, God’s people of every ethnicity and culture and God’s purposes in the world.

Northland Young Life

Northland Young Life (YL) is a relationship-based outreach ministry to students that attend or live near Northland & Mifflin High Schools. YL introduces adolescents to Jesus Christ and helps them grow in their faith. 

Leaders go to the schools for sports events, school plays, volunteer in the library, and anything that gets them around kids. The hope is to foster relationships with kids to help them understand the Gospel and what it means for their lives.
