The Minor prophets are 12 important leaders from the Old Testament who courageously urged the people of Israel to respond to God’s Covenant love during times of great suffering. The times of great suffering during which the Minor Prophets preached– times of being conquered or exiled by other nations– may seem so unfamiliar to us now. However, there are still echoes of wisdom and truth from the Minor Prophets that we need to hear today.
For this sermon series, we’ll turn our ears and hearts to the voices of Hosea, Joel, Amos, Jonah, Micah, Nahum, Habakkuk, Zephaniah, and Malachi to hear the heart of a Covenant-keeping Father who responds when we put our hope in Him.
